What this is

Residency Tracker is a study progress tracker for internal medicine residents, run by one person, an internal medicine resident in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (the operator). It is a personal organisation tool: a fixed list of topics, your own statuses, timers, review schedule, rotations and podcast history.

Not medical advice

Nothing in the app is clinical guidance. Topic names, podcast episodes and any text you or others enter are study aids. Decisions about patients are yours and your team's, made from proper sources.

Your account

Acceptable use

Do not try to reach other users' data, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not store patient-identifiable information in notes or ideas: the app is for your own learning, not for clinical records.

Your data

Your study data stays yours. You can export all of it and delete all of it at any time. How it is handled is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Beta and availability

The service is offered as a closed beta, free of charge, as is. It may change, pause or stop. We will try to give notice and you can export your data at any time, but there is no guarantee of uptime or of keeping any feature.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost study time, or decisions made on the basis of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking first goes to the competent courts in Riyadh.
