The one way to reach the operator

Settings, Send feedback inside the app. Choose "A bug", "An idea" or "Something else", write your message, send. It goes straight to the operator's inbox and nowhere else. Use it for questions about your data too.

Deleting your data

You do not need to write to anyone. Settings, Delete my account removes every row that belongs to you immediately; the backup copy stops containing it within 72 hours. Settings, Export my data gives you everything first, if you want it.
